What is the process of hiring your props?
All props are delivered on the day of your event in good time (times are agreed) or the night before if the venue permits, and collected next day.
We require you to pay in full for the hire of all props 2 weeks prior to the event.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking, balance to be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.
How far will you deliver props?
We cover all of Cumbria, delivery within 20 miles of Carlisle is included in the rental price, any further would incur extra fees.
Can you change flowers on arches?
We can change colour theme on some of our arches, so just ask and we will do our best to help!
Do your neon signs change colour?
Our neon signs come in one colour as shown on the pictures.
Some neon signs are dimmable, please read in the description of each sign.
